This role will be responsible for executing and managing all activities related to training programs across the organization. To ensures smooth coordination of learning initiatives, effective use of training funds, and maintenance of learning systems and documentation. The ideal candidate will support employee development through efficient training administration and onboarding support.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Logistics & Coordination

  • Oversee the end-to-end organization of training sessions across the group of companies.
  • Collect nominations, prepare and print training materials, and manage attendance records.
  • Set up training venues and arrange refreshments to ensure an optimal learning environment.

2. HRDC Levy Management

  • Ensure proper application and monitoring of HRDC levy usage.
  • Track training funds and ensure compliance with levy requirements to maximize training and development investments.

3. Post-Training Evaluation

  • Coordinate and follow up on post-learning feedback by collecting evaluations from participants.
  • Analyze responses and identify areas for continuous improvement to ensure training effectiveness.

4. Learning Management System (LMS) Maintenance

  • Maintain and update the LMS with current training programs, schedules, and participant data.
  • Support users in navigating the system to meet their learning and development needs.

5. L&D Documentation Management

  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all Learning & Development (L&D) documents, including training schedules, attendance logs, course materials, evaluation forms, and certificates.
  • Ensure all records are easily accessible and compliant with organizational requirements.

6. Employee Onboarding Support

  • Assist in organizing orientation sessions and preparing onboarding materials.
  • Support the smooth integration of new employees into the company.

7. SOP Review & Support

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to review, update, and enhance Learning & Development Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure alignment with organizational goals and best practices.


Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Learning & Development or HR operations.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in managing training logistics and handling multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience with HRDC levy application and monitoring is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and related tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
