About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads to support business growth and sales targets. This role requires a mix of research skills, digital marketing knowledge, and excellent communication abilities to generate high-quality leads for our sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, and industry networks.
• Generate, qualify, and manage leads to support sales and business development efforts.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead information and activity logs.
• Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead-generation strategies.
• Track performance metrics, analyze results, and provide regular reports on lead activity.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and target industry developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales support, or digital marketing.
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) is an advantage.
• Strong research, data analysis, and prospecting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools and LinkedIn outreach is a plus.
