Remote Taskers is a growing remote staffing company helping businesses around the world build high-performing remote teams. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team and help us identify and connect with potential clients.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Eastern Time)

Salary

• $320 per month for the first 6 months
• Performance-based salary increments after the initial six-month period

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential business clients across various industries.
• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, online directories, company websites, email research, and other online platforms.
• Build and maintain accurate lead lists in spreadsheets or CRM systems.
• Find decision-makers, including CEOs, founders, HR managers, operations managers, and business owners.
• Verify contact information, including email addresses and phone numbers.
• Maintain organized records of outreach opportunities.
• Meet daily and weekly lead generation targets.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality leads.

Requirements

• Excellent internet research skills.
• Strong English reading and written communication.
• Experience using LinkedIn, Google Search, and other research tools.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Previous experience in B2B lead generation is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Familiarity with Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Clay, Instantly, or similar prospecting tools.
• Understanding of B2B sales and outbound lead generation.
