We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to identify and qualify potential clients through various marketing and outreach strategies. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience using lead generation tools and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential customers and target markets
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, social media, and online platforms
• Qualify leads based on company requirements and customer needs
• Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems
• Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team
• Send follow-up emails and manage outreach campaigns
• Track and report lead generation performance and metrics
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve conversion rates

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not always required
• Experience in lead generation, sales, or digital marketing is an advantage
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Good research and organizational skills
