LAUNDRY OPERATIONS

• Maintain the orderliness and cleanliness of the laundry area.
• Responsible for collecting the soiled linens and towels from the room attendant.
• Must sort all the linens and place them in each container.
• Responsible for washing the linens and towels.
• Enable drying the washed linens before transferring to the ironing area.
• Iron and fold dried linens and deploy them to the designated areas.

LINEN ASSET INVENTORY

• Linen inventories should be accurate.
• Oversee linen inventory and supply chain management according to company guidelines.
• Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct amount of items is in stock.
• Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts.
• Damaged items or missing items should be reported to the immediate supervisor.
• Report all laundry machine repairs immediately to maintenance through job order requests.

LINEN / TOWEL SEGREGATION

• Laundry attendant shall be in charge of linen and towel segregation, pulling out, and accepting the laundry:

1. Keep all soiled linen and towels per item in each laundry bag.
2. Count the received items for laundry.
3. Fill up the laundry pull-out form for monitoring.
4. Monitor all linens and towels (all items for laundry and releasing) and log them in the monitoring form.
5. Count and sign the delivered laundry for payment.

REPORTS

• Submit a daily accomplishment report every cutoff.
• Conduct regular inventory of linens, including discarded ones.

COVERED SHIFT

• Perform tasks, duties, and covered shifts of colleagues in their absence.

OTHERS

• Undertake other duties and tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
