• The Landscaper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, aesthetic appeal, and overall health of outdoor spaces, including gardens, lawns, and landscaped areas.
• This role involves planting, pruning, watering, mowing, and general upkeep to ensure that the grounds reflect a neat and professional appearance at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain gardens, lawns, and landscaped areas through regular mowing, trimming, weeding, and watering.
• Plant and care for trees, shrubs, flowers, and other greenery.
• Prune trees and bushes to ensure healthy growth and aesthetic appeal.
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides as needed and in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Clean and maintain pathways, walkways, and outdoor areas.
• Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, leaf blowers, and sprinklers.
• Dispose of garden waste, fallen leaves, and debris properly.
• Monitor plant health and report any signs of disease or pest infestations.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining irrigation systems.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Support other maintenance tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or groundskeeping is an advantage.
• Knowledge of plant care, tools, and landscaping techniques.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining attractive outdoor areas.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
