【Job Responsibilities岗位职责】

1. Be responsible for the establishment of the project site laboratory and the implementation of testing and inspection activities, and resolve issues arising during the process.

负责本工程工地试验室的组建工作和试验检测业务的开展，解决过程中发生的有关问题。

2. Supervise and inspect the establishment and improvement of all management systems to ensure testing and inspection activities are carried out legally and in compliance with relevant regulations.

督促和检查建立、健全各项管理制度，依法、合规开展试验检测工作。

3. Inspect whether the laboratory meets contract requirements, verify the qualifications and competency of personnel, and check the completeness and validity of instruments and equipment.

检查试验室是否满足合同要求，核查其人员资质和素质是否满足需要以及仪器设备的完整性、有效性。

4. Supervise and inspect the implementation of testing standards, measurement accreditation requirements, codes, procedures, methods, and management regulations.

监督检查试验、计量认证标准、规范、规程、方法、规章制度执行情况。

5. Be responsible for sampling of special construction materials for engineering tests and coordinating outsourced (third-party) testing.

承担试验室的工程试验特殊材料的取样及外委试验。

6. Carry out witness inspection for special materials, standard tests, and mix design tests, and review and approve testing methods and results.

对一些特殊性材料、标准试验和配合比试验实行旁站见证，对其试验方法和试验结果进行审核认可。

7. Conduct on-site witness inspection of testing activities on a non-regular basis to ensure construction quality, and perform spot checks on critical locations.

为确保工程质量，不定期旁站见证现场试验检测工作，并对重要部位进行现场抽检。

8. Regularly inspect the completeness of testing records and ledgers, review the timeliness of original test records and system reports, and ensure testing frequency meets the testing plan and specification requirements.

定期检查各类试验台账的完整性，检查试验原始记录和系统报告的及时性，保证试验检测频率满足试验检测计划及规范要求。

9. Keep abreast of construction progress, assist in raw material sampling, and facilitate communication between the laboratory and project departments.

及时掌握工程施工的有关情况，协助试验室原材料取样以及试验室与项目部各部门的沟通工作。

10. Participate in the inspection, analysis, and handling of non-conforming products.

参与不合格品检测、分析和处理工作。

11. Coordinate with the material controller to track incoming material batches and quantities, arrange testing schedules in a timely manner, and prevent material backlog or work stoppage due to pending inspections.

与材料员对接，及时掌握进场材料的批次、数量，安排检测计划，避免材料积压或停工待检。

12. Submit testing schemes and test reports to the supervising engineer for approval, cooperate with on-site witness sampling, and promptly respond to queries raised by the supervision engineer.

向监理工程师报审试验方案、检测报告，配合现场见证取样工作，对监理提出的疑问及时解答。

13. Communicate with third-party testing agencies to define testing items, schedules, and technical requirements, and track testing progress and result feedback.

与第三方检测机构沟通，明确检测项目、时间和技术要求，跟踪检测进度和结果反馈。

14. Complete other testing tasks assigned by project management.

完成领导交办的其他试验工作。

【Qualifications 任职要求】

1. Able to communicate in English and Malay; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.

会讲英语、马来语，会讲华语的更好。

2. Relevant work experience required; demonstrates a reliable and stable work attitude; alcohol abuse is strictly prohibited.

有相关工作经验，工作稳定可靠，禁止酗酒。

3. Possesses solid technical skills; hardworking and attentive to on-site construction activities; conscientious and responsible.

技术扎实，工作勤劳，对现场施工上心，认真负责。

4. Strong sense of responsibility and good discipline; able to remain reachable by phone throughout the day.

责任心强，纪律性好，能全天保持电话畅通。

5. In good physical health, with no history of major illnesses and no criminal record.

身体健康，无重大疾病史，无不良犯罪记录。

6. Holds a valid driving license with proficient driving skills
