الوصف

  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, pots, and pans.
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, storage areas, and garbage disposal.
  • Operate dishwashing machines and handle manual washing when necessary.
  • Ensure proper segregation and disposal of kitchen waste according to hotel standards.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and occupational health standards.
  • Support chefs and kitchen staff during busy service hours as needed.
  • Uphold hotel safety and sanitation policies at all times.


  • At least High School graduate; vocational training in Food & Beverage or related field is an advantage.
  • Previous experience as a kitchen steward, dishwasher, or utility worker preferred (but not required).
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible schedules (weekends/holidays).
  • Physically fit, hardworking, and reliable.
  • Team player with a positive and cooperative attitude.
