• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area to ensure high standards of hygiene.
• Assist in food preparation by performing mise-en-place and supporting an efficient workflow.
• Support stewarding operations by ensuring dishes, utensils, and equipment are cleaned and properly stored.
• Provide excellent customer service by being attentive, polite, and responsive to customer needs when required.
• Adhere strictly to company guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Requirements

• Education: SPM or equivalent.
• Experience: No prior experience required; training will be provided. (Experience in F&B is an added advantage).
• Skills & Competencies:
• Basic cooking skills and knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness.
• Qualities & Traits:
