- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
- Prepare and serve a variety of ice cream flavors and desserts according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including workstations and seating areas.
- Process transactions accurately using the cash register and handle cash responsibly.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies as needed.
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in a customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor and ability to work well under pressure.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with coworkers.
- Working Conditions: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
