All AROUND KITCHEN CREW / CASHIER

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Handling Payments:

• Receives cash, credit/debit cards, mobile payments, or checks from customers.
• Gives back accurate change and receipts.

Customer Interaction:

• Greets customers, answers basic questions, and provides good customer service.
• May handle complaints or direct customers to other staff.

Operating the Register:

• Uses a cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system to scan items and total purchases.
• Balancing the Till:
• Ensures the cash drawer balances at the start and end of a shift.
• Reports any discrepancies to a manager.

• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items in accordance with company recipes and standards.
• Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness.
• Assist in the training of new kitchen staff when necessary.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained and in good working condition.
• Provide excellent customer service while fulfilling orders and addressing customer inquiries.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience Level: 0–1 years in a kitchen environment
• Skills and Competencies: Cook Skills, Kitchen Hygiene, Stewarding, Customer Oriented, Written and Verbal Communication Skills, Attention to Details
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow recipes and safety standards
• Qualities and Traits: Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
