  • Assist in food preparation, cooking, plating, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen
  • Support the Head Chef and cooks in ensuring dishes are prepared according to restaurant standards, maintaining quality, consistency, and authentic Japanese flavors
  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma.
  • Experience Level: Experience in Japanese or Asian cuisine is an advantage
  • Skills and Competencies: Basic cooking techniques (grilling, frying, boiling, steaming, etc.)
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, standing for long hours, and exposure to heat.
  • Qualities and Traits: Physically fit, strong sense of cleanliness, hygiene, and attention to detail
