الوصف

  • Prepare and cook a wide range of Filipino dishes.
  • Ensure food is cooked and presented in a timely, clean, and appetizing manner.
  • Monitor stock levels of ingredients and assist in inventory management and requisitions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Assist in developing new recipes and specials, contributing to menu innovation.
  • Follow portion control and waste management procedures.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff and ensure smooth kitchen operations during service.
  • Maintain proper storage of food supplies, ingredients, and leftovers.
  • Report any equipment malfunction or food safety concerns to the line manager.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: High school graduate or vocational course in culinary arts or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience as a cook or kitchen staff in a Filipino or casual dining restaurant.
  • Skills and Competencies: Familiarity with traditional Filipino ingredients, spices, and cooking methods.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment with some exposure to heat and noise.
  • Qualities and Traits: Proactive, team-oriented individual with a positive outlook and strong sense of initiative.
