  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in cooking, kitchen hygiene, customer service, discretion, and effective communication. Must pay attention to detail and possess skills in Japanese cooking.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare and cook meals, maintain kitchen hygiene, assist customers, and ensure food quality.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment, potential for long hours, and teamwork required.
  • Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude, reliability, strong work ethic, and adaptability are essential.
