- Collect sales documents
- Sorts cashiers manual sales report
- Collect official booklets with proper documentation
- Prepares Certified Monthly Sales Report, such as Monthly Sales Summary for Audited Sales, Monthly Summary of Account Receivables of Gift Certificate, Monthly Summary of AR-Familia, Monthly Summary of Employee Deduction for AR-Pending Card, Cashier Shortages, and breakages
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Precision in handling financial data and reports
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Good verbal and written communication
