We are seeking a skilled Java Developer/Java Software Engineer to provide technical support for Java-based applications across production and development environments. The role focuses on monitoring application health, resolving incidents, collaborating with development teams, and ensuring stable, secure, and efficient application operations aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day technical support for Java-based applications in both production and development environments.
• Monitor application performance, system availability, and service health; proactively identify and respond to incidents, outages, and service requests.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application bugs, errors, and performance issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to implement code fixes, enhancements, and long-term solutions.
• Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring or critical incidents and implement preventive measures to reduce future occurrences.
• Support deployment and release activities, including code releases, environment changes, and configuration updates.
• Maintain, update, and improve technical documentation related to application configurations, support procedures, and operational processes.
• Ensure applications and support activities comply with organizational security, quality, and operational standards.
• Work with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
