What You Will Be Doing

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications using Vue.js, Java, Spring Boot, SQL/NoSQL, and other cutting-edge technologies
• Architect complex, micro-services centric architectures to ensure modularity, scalability, and maintainability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Implement and maintain cloud-based solutions on AWS
• Utilize data analytics, machine learning, and AI to improve and innovate lending practices
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our platform remains at the forefront of innovation

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 3+ years of full-stack web development experience for a Junior Java Developer and 5+ years for a Senior Java Developer
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as Vue.js
• Expertise in back-end development using Java and Spring Boot
• Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases
• Experience with AWS cloud services
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts
• Understanding of data analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence applications
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience in the financial services industry
• Knowledge of microservices architecture
• Proven ability to architect complex, micro-services centric architectures
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
