As a Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, coding, and testing multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Your typical day will involve performing maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

- Collaborate with team members to analyze, design, and develop software solutions.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for various applications.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

- Troubleshoot and debug software applications to ensure optimal performance.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in software development.

• At least 1 year of experience working with Java EE
• Basic to intermediate Japanese language skills (minimum JLPT N5)
• Proficient in Java Enterprise Edition (Java EE)
• Knowledge of SQL and database management systems
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle
• Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices
• Experience in designing and implementing software solutions
