Summary:

The role of a Senior Java Enterprise Edition

• Team Leadership and Collaboration: Attend daily meetings to review progress, guide project tasks, provide mentorship to junior developers, and act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders regarding project updates and issues.
• Technical Responsibilities: Design, code, configure, test, debug, deploy, document, and maintain web service applications. Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications while ensuring alignment with architectural designs.
• Quality Assurance: Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and implement software enhancements. Identify and promote best practices to improve development workflows.
• Skill Development: Continuously improve technical skills through training and development opportunities.

Experience:

• At least 5 years in Java Enterprise Edition or Jakarta Enterprise Edition.
• Proven experience leading teams, mentoring developers, and problem-solving.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, UML diagrams, IDEs like Eclipse/IntelliJ, Git, JIRA, and collaboration tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Swagger, PCF, Rabbit MQ, web services (REST/SOAP), unit testing (JUnit, Mockito), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
