Job Requirements

• College undergraduate or graduate (both can apply)
• At least 18 months experience as a Customer Service Representative (CSR)
• Experience in Financial, Fraud, Telco, or Banking industries is a plus
• Ability to attend virtual interviews
• Willing to work onsite in Taguig

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Communicate with customers through multiple channels
• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional support
