IT Technical Support

We are looking for a skilled and hands-on IT Manager / Technical Officer who can handle hardware, networking, and system troubleshooting

Qualifications:

• Strong background in Computer Hardware (CPU, laptops, printers)
• Able to repair, replace, and troubleshoot hardware components
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office 365 (setup, support, troubleshooting)
• With basic to average networking skills (setup, repair, and management)
• Familiar with scanners, printers, and barcode systems
• Experience in handling technical issues and critical system problems
• Willing to learn and adapt to modern/advanced technologies
• NC II (Computer Systems Servicing) is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and troubleshoot all company hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, barcode machines)
• Set up and manage network systems (internet, routers, connectivity issues)
• Handle installation, repair, and maintenance of IT equipment
