Job Description

The IT Assistant provides technical support and assistance to end users within the organization, helps troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, networks, and other related IT systems. This role requires strong technical skills and background, problem-solving abilities, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides technical assistance and support to end users. This may involve troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues and implementing solutions in a timely manner
• Assist with the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of network connections and equipment, including connectivity issues and equipment configurations
• Assist and support the configuration, testing, and deployment of in-house operations system
• Maintain accurate records of IT inventory, service requests and resolutions, and updating documentation and task trackers as needed
• Assist in implementing and enforcing IT security policies and procedures, including user account management, access control, and data protection measures
• Configuration, basic troubleshooting, and deployment of CCTVs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• At least one (1) year of IT support experience
• Strong technical skills in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as a part of a team
