The IT Associate is responsible for the maintenance of the computer hardware within the assigned store/s.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensures the computer hardware is well maintained
• Ensures successful updates of systems and master files.
• Ensures transaction data for the day are intact, complete, backed up, and secures confidentiality.
• Performs audit of price integrity executions.
• Supports cycle count activities by ensuring data to be submitted are complete, correct and tally with the actual count.
• Reports all system incidents and exceptions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer related courses
• With at least 1 year of work experience in clerical work like data entry and inventory
