Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications and network systems.
Document and track issues using a helpdesk system.
Collaborate with IT team to improve processes and software.
Train users on new technologies and best practices.

المتطلبات

Educational Qualifications: Required Diploma in IT or related field.
Assignment Area: Paranaque City
20-35 Yrs Old
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Application Operation, Information Security Operation, System Administration, and IT Asset Management.
Responsibilities and Duties: Support system monitoring, backup and recovery, and server operations.
Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with potential on-call requirements.
Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
