• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
• Monitor and maintains computer systems and networks.
• Respond and solve service issues and request in a timely manner.
• Provide technical support across the company.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Check computer hardware (mouse, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality.
• Set up routers, printers, etc. to computers.
• Replace computer parts as required.
• Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
• Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work
• Maintains records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule.
• Company asset monitoring or tagging.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Educational Background:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Field or equivalent.

Years of Related Experience:

• Atleast 1-year relevant work experience.
