Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, routers, and other IT equipment
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issue
• Maintain and monitor company internet and network connections
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and system access
• Ensure data security, backup, and recovery procedures are followed
• Assist in the installation and maintenance of company systems and software
• Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades or improvements
• Coordinate with external IT vendors or service providers when needed
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses
• Support basic website, email, and cloud-based systems if required
• Ensure proper documentation of IT processes and system configurations
