الوصف
- Assess customer needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Design and size IT infrastructure and network solutions (servers, storage, networking).
- Create technical proposals and present solutions to clients.
- Support sales team with a consultative, solution-oriented approach.
- Align solutions with internal teams and vendor offerings.
المتطلبات
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of relevant experience are welcome.
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud computing, and software development concepts.
- Eager to learn solution design, system integration, and architecture best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
