Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree
• At least 2 years of experience in handling private equity as well as in Portfolio Accounting
• Amenable to work on a night shift work schedule.

Job Descriptions:

• Negotiating, managing, and supervising credit facilities, NAV-based financing, and subscription-based financing.
• Oversee the middle office team for transaction closure.
• In charge of performance reporting and acting as the primary point of contact
• coordinating with the finance and investment teams to keep track of and manage the underlying manager and all fund levels in the portfolio analytics database
• Provide assistance with ad hoc requests and special projects
