Qualification:

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Physical Distribution / Supply chain processing.
• Import and Export Booking experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Assist in ensuring an efficient filing system (hard & soft);
• Assist in collating required documents from different stakeholders;
• Assist in monitoring submission of required installation reports from Field Service Engineers and to submit all collated documents to DM or TL for checking before filing;
• Assist in monitoring submission of required docs from project Managers;
• Assist in updating the dashboard or monitoring sheet in Excel file;
• Assist in processing Purchase Requisition for small items needed per work;
• Assist in ensuring that Project Manager uses updated & required PM forms/templates;
• Assist in checking collated documents compliance with GDP.
• Assist in monitoring and controlling the physical distribution activities of distribution center as well as liaising with related functions in supply chain;
• Assist in managing deliveries (and product flow) to and from the DC within budget and at or above agreed service levels.
• Assist in managing the relationships with the logistics counterparts at the Commercial Organization, the Logistic Service Providers and central organizations of Supply Chain in order to achieve business targets.
