Managing and maintaining stock by tracking inventory, receiving and processing shipments, and conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy. Key duties include updating inventory records, resolving discrepancies, organizing storage areas, and preparing reports on stock levels and movements. This role requires strong organizational and attention to detail skills, and proficiency with inventory management software is often necessary. 

Key responsibilities

• Track and monitor inventory: Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock, including products, parts, and supplies.
• Receive and process shipments: Inspect incoming goods for accuracy and damage, verify against packing slips, and process them into the inventory system.
• Conduct audits and reconciliations: Perform regular physical counts and audits to ensure physical inventory matches the records, and investigate any discrepancies.
• Organize stock: Ensure items are stored in their proper locations and that storage areas are clean, orderly, and efficient.
• Generate reports: Prepare and maintain reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant data.
• Collaborate with other teams: Communicate with other departments, such as purchasing, logistics, and sales, to coordinate inventory needs and ensure timely delivery.
