• Maintain accurate inventory records and databases
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and audits
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and report findings
• Assist with organization and storage of inventory items
• Prepare inventory reports for management
• Coordinate with other departments regarding inventory needs
• Implement and follow inventory control procedures
• Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations

Salary Range:

Daily rate (minimum wage) or Negotiable

Work Location:

San Bartolome, Novaliches, Quezon City

Work Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Graduate in Industrial Engineering or any 4-year course/equivalent

Data analysis and forecasting

Mathematical aptitude

Excel proficiency

Understanding of supply chain principles
