- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Receive, inspect, and track incoming shipments.
- Organize and store products in the warehouse.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with the procurement team for replenishment.
- Prepare inventory reports for management review.
- Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies.
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in inventory management or related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Attention to detail, basic math skills, familiarity with inventory software, and organizational skills.
- Working Conditions: Primarily in a warehouse or store environment; may involve physical labor.
- Qualities and Traits: Dependable, proactive, strong communicator, and a team player.
