Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience as an Inventory Assistant, Stockman, or related role in retail/warehouse operations
• Graduate of at least a 2-year college course
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; knowledge of inventory systems is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
• Flexible, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and coordination skills

Responsibilities

• Take overall charge of showroom and satellite stockroom inventory management
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly physical counts; prepare and submit accurate inventory reports
• Monitor, adjust, and reconcile inventory records to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of showroom stockroom and satellite storage area.
• Account for variances, discrepancies, or losses, and escalate issues promptly
• Record and update inventory logs and databases for monitoring and tracking purposes
• Receive deliveries, check quantities, perform quality control, and properly store items
• Release stocks for customer orders, ensuring proper documentation and accuracy
• Pack, label, and prepare goods for customer pick-up or delivery, coordinating with third-party logistics providers
• Support showroom staff and management with inventory-related needs
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Showroom Supervisor.
