  • The Inventory Staff is responsible for assisting in monitoring, recording, and maintaining accurate stock levels within the company’s warehouse or storage facilities.

المتطلبات

  • Assist in receiving, recording, and organizing incoming and outgoing goods
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with records
  • Update inventory logs, stock cards, or system databases accurately and promptly
  • Monitor stock levels and report low or fast-moving items to supervisors
  • Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of items to prevent losses or damages
  • Assist in preparing inventory reports for management review
  • Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing staff for replenishment and distribution needs
  • Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and standard inventory procedures
  • Support the Inventory/Warehouse Officer in daily operations as required
