We are looking for an experienced Interior Designer with strong 3D modeling and rendering skills to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative design proposals and concept presentations.
• Produce high-quality 3D visualisations using softwares.
• Prepare accurate technical drawings, detailed plans, and construction documents using AutoCAD.
• Create layout plans, material specifications, and design packages for both commercial and residential projects.
• Coordinate design intent with internal teams and ensure smooth communication throughout the project.
• Revise and refine designs based on management feedback.
• Maintain project documentation using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Manage work independently while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in interior design, with a portfolio showcasing fit-out, hotel and residential projects.
• Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Proficient in SketchUp, Enscape, D5 (or other equivalent rendering software) AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong design sense, attention to detail, and understanding of space planning.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
