- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Develop creative design concepts and space layouts.
- Select color schemes, furniture, and materials.
- Create 2D and 3D renderings to visualize designs.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for project execution.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in interior design.
- Proficient in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp), strong visualization skills, and color theory knowledge.
- Create design plans, collaborate with clients, and oversee project implementations.
- Office environment with site visits; flexible hours may be required.
- Creative, detail-oriented, strong communicator, and problem-solver.
- With work experience (SPD/ Construction/ Renovation/ Department Stores and Boutique)
- Uses computer applications to create 3D designs and floor plans.
- Preferably with experience from fashion retail and SM Malls and alike.
