الوصف

  • To encode all facultative accounts in the system.
  • To record, strictly monitor and control status of all RI Outward Placements. To book all received and signed inward binders.
  • Responsible in handling an Internal system. This includes evaluating, encoding and validating of Outward Facultative accounts in the system.
  • Responsible in outward monitoring. 
  • Printing of Policy/Endorsement schedules and outward binders. 
  • Recording of date released/date confirmed/confirm no. of outward binders.
  • Uploading of received confirm binders and zip file. 
  • Booking of inward binders.
  • World Check..  

المتطلبات

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting. (Non Negotiable)
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the General Insurance Industry, specifically in reinsurance (Non Negotiable).
  • Experience in insurance underwriting, policy processing, or reinsurance operations is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in data entry, validation, and encoding in systems. (Non Negotiable).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording and monitoring outward facultative accounts. (Non Negotiable). 
  • Experience in booking inward binders and maintaining accurate records of delivery and confirmations. (Non Negotiable).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and reporting. (Non Negotiable).
