- Teams up with the Unit Head on expanding the team through Recruitment.
- Provide leadership and management over recruits.Monitors team target.
- Contribute to team’s target through personal production.
- Must have the ability to lead a group of Financial Advisors.
- Willing to undergo training.Willing to undergo training through face to face or Virtual class.
- Ability to communicate with wide range of people.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.Graduate of any vocational or college degrees.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to provide quality customer service and after sales.
