Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers for application and supporting documents
• Respond to customer inquiries and keep accurate records
• Accurate data entry of application details into the system
• Liaise with brokers, broker support staff, and internal teams
• Maintain high customer service standards
• Perform other tasks as needed to support business goals

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in sales, customer service, or loan processing
• Familiarity with Loan App, Simpology (Salesforce experience is a plus)
• Strong communication skills (oral & written)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Team player, proactive, and results-driven
