Job Title: Injection Technician

Location: Silang, Cavite

Working Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Salary: ₱25,000.00 per month

Language Requirements: English / Tagalog

Days Off: 4 days off/month

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair defective units encountered in the production process in the shortest possible time.

Maintain and submit records of all defects, causes, and corrective actions for evaluation and study.

Provide suggestions and recommendations to prevent recurring issues.

Troubleshoot equipment or tooling issues during production.

Inspect items to ensure consistent quality standards.

Set up, operate, maintain, and repair injection molding tools, equipment, and materials.

Prepare and produce injection-molded components according to specifications.

Ensure overall product quality and compliance with standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Vocational or college level specializing in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field
• Knowledgeable in machine repair and troubleshooting
• With good moral character
• Willing to be assigned in any process as needed
• Able to multitask effectively
