As a Industrial Engineer at Multi Development And Construction Corporation (MDCC), you will play a crucial role in optimizing the company's supply chain and materials management processes. What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement materials forecasting and inventory control systems to ensure efficient procurement and availability of materials
• Analyze historical data, current market trends, and production schedules to accurately plan materials requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve materials-related issues, minimizing delays and disruptions
• Continuously monitor and optimize inventory levels, stock movements, and storage to reduce costs and improve workflow
• Prepare materials reports and presentations to inform strategic decision-making
• Implement and oversee materials management policies, procedures, and best practices
• Provide training and support to production and logistics personnel on materials planning and control

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a materials planning or supply chain role, preferably in the construction industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify optimization opportunities
• Proficient in the use of materials planning and inventory management software, such as ERP systems
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
