Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
• 1-3 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or a similar role in plant operations
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines
• Monitor raw materials work-in-progress and finished goods inventory to prevent shortages or surpluses.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders regarding production schedules, delays or changes.
