  • Handle documentation, coordinate shipments, ensure compliance with customs regulations, and manage communication with stakeholders.
  • Manage and coordinate all import and export documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Negotiate contracts with shipping and logistics providers.
  • Monitor shipment status and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain relationships with customs officials and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on shipping activities.
  • Assist in developing strategies to improve efficiency.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in import/export operations.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in customs declarations, strong written and verbal communication, keen attention to detail, and knowledge of export/import regulations.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, potential travel for client meetings or trade shows.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive problem-solving skills, excellent organizational abilities, and adaptability to fast-paced situations.
  • Initial project contract for 6 months
