We are looking for a dedicated Import Assistant to join our team. As Import Assistant you will play a vital role within the logistics and supply chain operations, reporting directly to the Acquisitions (Import) Manager. This position is primarily responsible for assisting in the smooth flow of imported products from suppliers to warehouse. One of the core responsibilities is to meticulously track shipments, ensuring that all products are accounted for and delivered on time. This includes monitoring shipment statuses, handling any discrepancies that may arise, and updates stocks/products inventory.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist and support in the coordination of logistics for importing items, including arranging transportation, tracking shipments, and managing delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with branches to ensure that imported products were properly distributed.
• Monitor Purchase Order of all branches for proper allocation of wholesale products.
• Coordinates with branches and Technical Team regarding with repair process.
• Monitor stocks availability.

Qualifications

• With bachelor's degree in Business or any relevant courses
• Experience in handling international freight forwarding and customs brokerage
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Willingness to learn and be trained
• Willing to be assigned in Scout Rallos, Quezon City
