Job description:

• handle the pricing computation for SPF
• good negotiation skills
• processing of PO
• safekeeping of supplier and price database
• coordinate with consolidators/forwarders and brokers
• handle monitoring of shipment

Qualifications:

• Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or any related field.

• Experience:

At least 2–5 years experience in procurement, purchasing, logistics coordination, or import/export operations (experience in handling suppliers, brokers, and shipment tracking is an advantage).

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Knowledge in pricing computation, cost analysis, and PO processing
• Familiarity with import/export documentation and shipment monitoring
• Proficient in MS Excel or other data management tools (for database maintenance)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and coordination abilities with internal and external partners
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
