- Manage and coordinate international shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Prepare and review import/export documentation, including invoices and customs declarations.
- Collaborate with logistics providers to optimize transportation processes.
- Monitor shipment status and resolve any issues that arise during transit.
- Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding shipment timelines and requirements.
- Stay updated on international trade regulations and market trends.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in import/export operations.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in English; strong attention to detail; technical knowledge related to logistical processes.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle documentation, coordinate shipments, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain communication with clients and suppliers.
- Working Conditions: Typically office-based, with possible interactions at ports or warehouses. Hybrid Set Up
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, able to work under pressure, and a team player.
