الوصف

Documentation & Compliance: Prepare, process, and maintain all necessary import documents, permits, and licenses to ensure compliance with Philippine laws and regulations, particularly those from the BOC and other relevant agencies.
Shipment Management: Oversee the inbound movement of shipments, coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, and brokers to ensure timely delivery and clearance.
Logistics & Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for customs officials, forwarders, and internal departments to facilitate shipments and resolve issues that may arise during the importation process.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all import-related activities, including shipping documents, expenses, and shipment status.
