Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.
Design, configure, and implement SAP B1 solutions to meet business needs.
Perform system testing, data migration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
Collaborate with technical teams (developers/IT) to address integration, customization, and reporting requirements.
Assist in preparing project documentation, including business blueprints, functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in SAP B1 modules (e.g., Financials, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Production).
Stay up to date with SAP B1 updates, patches, and new features.
Provide support during Go-Live and after Go-Live stabilization phase.

Fresh grads can start as SAP End Users or Junior SAP Consultants, then grow into Functional Consultant roles with training and project exposure.
