• We’re passionate about combining gaming, art, and Web3 technology to create immersive experiences. As we scale, we’re looking for a skilled Illustrator to join our growing art team and help bring our characters, environments, and digital assets to life.

Role Overview

As an Illustrator, you will be responsible for designing unique game characters, digital assets, and promotional artwork for RealGo. You will collaborate with game designers, developers, and the NFT team to create visuals that are not only eye-catching but also immersive and functional in AR and blockchain-integrated environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 2D illustrations of game characters, items, and environments
• Design unique NFT collectibles with a focus on aesthetic appeal and rarity
• Collaborate with the game and UI/UX team to ensure visual consistency across platforms
• Develop concept art from briefs and iterate based on feedback
• Prepare illustrations for animation, tokenization, and integration into the game
• Assist with promotional materials, storyboards, and marketing assets when needed

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an illustrator in games, animation, or digital art
• Proficient in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Procreate
• Strong portfolio featuring original character and environment designs
• Familiarity with game art pipelines and AR asset optimization is a plus
• Experience working on NFT or Web3 projects is a huge advantage
• Good sense of color theory, composition, and anatomy
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Nice to Haves:

• Experience in motion graphics or basic animation
• Understanding of Unity or Unreal Engine workflows
• Passion for games like Pokemon Go, or interest in AR exploration games
