Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in marketing, sales, business development, and customer service.
Responsibilities and Duties: Manage recruitment processes, support employee relations, and assist in training initiatives.
Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional travel for recruitment events.
Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, detail-oriented, and proactive.
